FAQ
Eco-Friendly Phone Cases FAQ
What materials are your phone cases made from?
Our phone cases are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials, including plant-based bioplastics derived from renewable resources like cornstarch and wheat straw. We never use traditional petroleum-based plastics.
How long do eco-friendly phone cases last?
Our cases are designed to be just as durable as traditional plastic cases, providing excellent protection for your phone for 1-2 years of regular use. When you're ready to replace it, the case will naturally biodegrade instead of sitting in a landfill forever.
Will the case biodegrade while I'm using it?
No! Our cases only biodegrade when exposed to the specific conditions found in industrial composting facilities or natural soil environments. During normal use, your case will remain strong and protective.
How do I dispose of my case when I'm done with it?
You can compost the case in an industrial composting facility, add it to your home compost bin, or simply dispose of it knowing it will naturally break down over time. Check with your local waste management for composting options in your area.
Do you offer cases for all phone models?
We offer cases for most popular iPhone and Android models. Check our product pages for your specific phone model, and feel free to contact us if you don't see yours listed.
Are your cases as protective as regular plastic cases?
Yes! Our eco-friendly cases provide the same level of drop protection and shock absorption as traditional cases, with raised edges to protect your screen and camera.
Do you ship sustainably too?
Absolutely! We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials, and we offset our shipping carbon emissions to minimize our environmental impact.
