At Castle Anna, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Since we work with third-party fulfillment partners, please contact us first at sales@castleanna.com before sending anything back — we'll guide you through the best resolution.

Eligible Items To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging

How We Handle Returns Depending on the item and situation, we may offer:

  • full refund to your original payment method
  • replacement item sent at no extra cost
  • store credit

For lower-value items, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right promptly.

Return Shipping If a return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

International Orders For international orders, please note that return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Refund Timeline Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method.
