Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Castle Anna! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Domestic (US & US Territories): 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Countries We Ship To:

United States & US Territories: All 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands. Shipping to US territories is available, though delivery times may vary and additional shipping fees may apply for some items.

International: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Order Fulfillment: Castle Anna partners with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. Your order may ship directly from our supplier and could arrive in separate packages if you've ordered multiple items.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

International Orders & Customs: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Castle Anna is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@castleanna.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Castle Anna is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
